I made these black gothic earrings late one night, after rewatching an old gothic film that always makes me feel seen. The kind where the heroine isn’t saved, she saves herself. I imagined her in a dark cathedral, face glowing in candlelight, rosary swinging at her neck. That’s the girl I built.

She’s got a little edge, a little sweetness, and a whole lot of presence. The cross, the pearl, and the heart are symbols of softness surviving in a hard world.
