✨The Story Behind the Design

I’ve made a lot of gothic jewelry, but this one started when I was sorting through a drawer of beads and old doll heads, pieces I had kept because they weren’t perfect. Some had cracks, some were off-center. I couldn’t throw them out. That night, I started reshaping one and ended up sculpting two heads, fused together in a quiet, haunting way. It felt familiar, like holding a part of myself.

The butterfly form came next. It felt right, with fragile wings holding heavy emotion. I added the spike to the goth doll not for show, but because sometimes beauty needs protection. It’s not a dramatic backstory. Just an honest one. This witch necklace came from my space, my hands, and a headspace a lot of goth girls know too well.
